NMS winches for motion compensated pile gripper

We have supplied many NMS winches (Noise Mitigation System) for pile grippers to install windmill foundations which have been placed with a jack-up barge/ vessel.

Due to the increased sizes of the windmills the capacity of jack-ups is often limited.

Ships with larger size cranes and capacity do exist, however the installation accuracy and workability is limited.

We recently supplied 12 pcs NMS winches including hose reel winches for use on a motion compensated pile gripper (MCPG) where the installation vessel is floating in combination with dynamic positioning (DP) which significantly increases the capacity and workability for installation year round.
