Marotechniek’s efficient 4-pole underwater motors are suitable for ladder mounting at an angle of up to 90 degrees to horizontal.
They are suitable for dredge pump drives on profile, cutter and excavator wheel dredgers up to a depth of 50 meters.

The high-quality cast iron gearbox, designed for underwater and heavy-duty applications, is specifically suitable for dredge pump drives and is fitted with an Eagle-Burgmann mechanical-seal.
The gearbox features oversized bearings and grade 6 gears, guaranteeing a service life of at least 40,000 hours at an operating factor of 2. Due to the helical gearing and various acoustic adjustments, a noise level of less than 85 dBA can be achieved when using a 4-pole submersible motor.
